Ghosts, Wraiths, Choppers, and Banshees

Covenant and Banished vehicles demonstrate how antigravity technology and distinct species traditions produce very different answers to mobility and firepower. The Ghost is a fast scout and attack vehicle built for maneuver rather than heavy protection. The Wraith provides armored plasma-mortar fire capable of supporting assaults and bombarding defended positions. The Jiralhanae Chopper turns an attack bike into a weapon of intimidation and physical destruction, while the Banshee gives ground forces a compact aircraft for reconnaissance, attack, and close support. This episode examines how these vehicles function together rather than as isolated machines. Ghosts can probe or flank, Wraiths attack strongpoints, Banshees threaten forces from above, and Choppers exploit speed and aggression against vehicles or infantry. Banished versions frequently modify inherited Covenant designs for increased armor and firepower. Their battlefield effectiveness depends on crews, terrain, maintenance, and supporting infantry just as human vehicles do. Alien technology changes the machines, but it does not eliminate the principles of combined-arms warfare. Visit ImaginedBattlefield.com for more military and science fiction.
